Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup runny tahini
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk vigorously until emulsified.
- Slowly drizzle in the warm water one tablespoon at a time while continuing to whisk until the dressing reaches a silky, pourable consistency.
- Stir in the maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust with extra lemon juice or salt if needed.
