Ingredients:

  • 280g cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 30g melted butter
  • 15g minced fresh garlic
  • 2g paprika
  • 1.5g salt
  • 1.5g black pepper
  • 30g mayonnaise
  • 30g Greek yogurt
  • 5ml hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 115g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15g butter (for pan-frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until the chicken is fully coated in a velvety sauce.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat. In the lower third of each tortilla, sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella. Spoon approximately ⅓ of the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top with another handful of mozzarella. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
  3. Melt 15g of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down first. Press down lightly with a spatula. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
