Ingredients:
- 280g cooked shredded chicken breast
- 30g melted butter
- 15g minced fresh garlic
- 2g paprika
- 1.5g salt
- 1.5g black pepper
- 30g mayonnaise
- 30g Greek yogurt
- 5ml hot sauce (optional)
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 115g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15g butter (for pan-frying)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until the chicken is fully coated in a velvety sauce.
- Lay the tortillas flat. In the lower third of each tortilla, sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella. Spoon approximately ⅓ of the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top with another handful of mozzarella. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- Melt 15g of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down first. Press down lightly with a spatula. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
