Ingredients:
- 12 oz Shredded Cabbage Mix
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 cup Thinly sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 1/2 Jalapeño, finely minced
Instructions:
- In a small jar or bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until the dressing is velvety and pourable.
- Place the shredded cabbage mix, carrots, and red onions into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the cabbage mixture. Use tongs to lift and turn the vegetables until every strand is thinly and evenly coated.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño at the very end to preserve color and freshness.
