Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Shredded Cabbage Mix
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Thinly sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 Jalapeño, finely minced

Instructions:

  1. In a small jar or bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until the dressing is velvety and pourable.
  2. Place the shredded cabbage mix, carrots, and red onions into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the cabbage mixture. Use tongs to lift and turn the vegetables until every strand is thinly and evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño at the very end to preserve color and freshness.
