Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 tbsp (22ml) honey
  • 1 tsp (5g) Tajin Clásico Seasoning
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the mango chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogenous and has a velvety, pudding-like consistency.
  3. If using Tajin, sprinkle a pinch into the bottom of each popsicle mold before pouring.
  4. Pour the mango mixture into the molds, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
