Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup (120ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 tbsp (22ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5g) Tajin Clásico Seasoning
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the mango chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogenous and has a velvety, pudding-like consistency.
- If using Tajin, sprinkle a pinch into the bottom of each popsicle mold before pouring.
- Pour the mango mixture into the molds, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
