Ingredients:
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 680 g high-quality marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 6 g garlic, minced
- 3 g dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 425 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g large egg
- 10 g fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 g nutmeg (optional)
- 255 g no-boil lasagna noodles
- 340 g shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain excess fat, then stir in minced garlic and oregano. Pour in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and meat sauce, repeating twice more.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
