Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 Fresh Raspberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place honey on one small plate and graham cracker crumbs on another. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into the honey, then press into the crumbs to create a thick crust.
  2. Drop four fresh raspberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle firmly until completely pulverized and juicy.
  3. Add vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and heavy cream to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds until the shaker feels painfully cold to the touch to emulsify the lipids and aerate the cream.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass to remove seeds and ice shards.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail pick of fresh raspberries and rest it across the rim.
