Ingredients:

  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups orange segments, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
  • 3 medium kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries, whole
  • 1 cup purple grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Cut the pineapple, kiwi, and oranges into uniform cubes about 1 inch wide. Note: Match them to the size of your largest grape.
  3. Toss the cut pineapple and kiwi in a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Wait 2 mins until the fruit looks glossy.
  4. Grab a skewer and slide on one strawberry quarter.
  5. Add an orange segment, then a pineapple chunk, then a kiwi slice.
  6. Slide on one blueberry and finish with a purple grape. Push them firmly together so they don't slide.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining fruit until you have 20 skewers.
  8. Pour the Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  9. Whisk in the honey and vanilla extract. Stir for 1 minute until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
  10. Place the dip in a small bowl in the center of a platter and arrange the skewers around it.
