Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp (45ml) whole milk
Instructions:
- Beat the softened butter and cocoa powder together on medium speed until the mixture is uniform and looks like a smooth, dark paste.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar one cup at a time, alternating with the vanilla extract and salt. Start on low speed to avoid sugar clouds, then increase to medium-high until the frosting thickens.
- Add the milk one tablespoon at a time while beating on low. Stop adding liquid once the frosting reaches a spreadable, fluffy consistency that peaks slightly when lifting the beaters.
