Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp (32g) natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the rolled oats and chia seeds into the bottom of the mason jar. Shake gently to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt directly on top.
  3. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until the peanut butter is fully integrated into the yogurt, creating a smooth paste.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir one last time, ensuring no dry pockets of oats remain at the bottom.
  5. Secure the lid tightly.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  7. Remove from the fridge and give it one final stir until the texture is velvety and cohesive.
  8. Top with fresh berries or extra nuts right before eating.
