  • 60g fresh raspberries
  • 2g fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until crumbs are evenly moist.
  2. Divide the crust mixture among four dessert cups, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon to create a compact layer.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and airy.
  4. Gradually mix in the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice on medium speed until velvety and lump-free.
  5. Spoon the filling evenly over the crusts and smooth the tops with a spatula.
  6. Place the cups in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves immediately before serving.
