Instructions:

- Divide the crust mixture among four dessert cups, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon to create a compact layer.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and airy.
- Gradually mix in the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice on medium speed until velvety and lump-free.
- Spoon the filling evenly over the crusts and smooth the tops with a spatula.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves immediately before serving.
