Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add the hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the oil is fully integrated into the hummus.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to whisk between each addition until the dressing reaches a velvety, pourable consistency.
  3. Stir in the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Taste and adjust with an additional pinch of maple syrup for sweetness or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
