Ingredients:
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 8 cups granulated sugar
- 12 large eggs
- 4 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups melted dark chocolate
- 1 cup candy tassels/sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line four 9x13-inch baking pans with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In an extra-large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one, whisking vigorously after each addition until the mixture is pale and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder directly into the wet mixture.
- Using a spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the melted dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter evenly between the four prepared 9x13-inch pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pans. Top with candy tassels or sprinkles before slicing into squares.
