Ingredients:

  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 8 cups granulated sugar
  • 12 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups melted dark chocolate
  • 1 cup candy tassels/sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line four 9x13-inch baking pans with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In an extra-large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, whisking vigorously after each addition until the mixture is pale and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder directly into the wet mixture.
  5. Using a spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the melted dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
  7. Divide the batter evenly between the four prepared 9x13-inch pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pans. Top with candy tassels or sprinkles before slicing into squares.
