Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet, ensuring the flat, cut side is facing down, and roast for 15–20 minutes until edges are dark brown and charred.
  4. While the sprouts roast, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven, drizzle the sauce over the sprouts, and toss with tongs to coat.
  6. Return to the oven for 2–3 more minutes until the sauce is bubbling and tacky.
