Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet, ensuring the flat, cut side is facing down, and roast for 15–20 minutes until edges are dark brown and charred.
- While the sprouts roast, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Remove the pan from the oven, drizzle the sauce over the sprouts, and toss with tongs to coat.
- Return to the oven for 2–3 more minutes until the sauce is bubbling and tacky.
