Instructions:

- Pour in the olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds or shake in a jar until the oil and acid are fully integrated and the mixture looks opaque.
- Let the seasoning sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the dried herbs to rehydrate in the oil.
