- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free 1:1 All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cold Salted Butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the 6 large apples into 1/4 inch thick wedges.
- Toss the apples with 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1 tbsp arrowroot starch.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly into a greased baking dish. Look for the apples to be tightly packed.
- Combine 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup 1:1 flour, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl.
- Cut the 1/2 cup cold cubed butter into the dry mix using your fingers or a pastry cutter. Stop when it looks like pea sized crumbs.
