Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup hulled tahini
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2-4 tbsp warm water
Instructions:
- Add the tahini, olive oil, and maple syrup into a jar or bowl. Stir slowly until the ingredients form a thick, uniform paste.
- Pour in the lemon juice and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously or shake the jar for 30 seconds until emulsified.
- Slowly drizzle in warm water one tablespoon at a time, shaking or whisking between each addition, until the dressing reaches a velvety, pourable consistency.
