Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hulled tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2-4 tbsp warm water

Instructions:

  1. Add the tahini, olive oil, and maple syrup into a jar or bowl. Stir slowly until the ingredients form a thick, uniform paste.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously or shake the jar for 30 seconds until emulsified.
  3. Slowly drizzle in warm water one tablespoon at a time, shaking or whisking between each addition, until the dressing reaches a velvety, pourable consistency.
