Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 0.5 oz sour apple pucker
- 2 oz unfiltered apple cider
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp thick salted caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 3 thin slices Granny Smith apple
Instructions:
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Prepare two shallow saucers: one with thick salted caramel sauce and one with cinnamon sugar.
- Dip the chilled rim of the glass into the caramel, twisting to coat the outer edge, then immediately dip into the sugar to set the garnish.
- Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with solid ice cubes.
- Add vodka, butterscotch schnapps, sour apple liqueur, apple cider, and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled and aerated.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass and garnish with fresh apple slices fanned on a cocktail pick.
