Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 0.5 oz sour apple pucker
  • 2 oz unfiltered apple cider
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp thick salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 3 thin slices Granny Smith apple

Instructions:

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
  2. Prepare two shallow saucers: one with thick salted caramel sauce and one with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Dip the chilled rim of the glass into the caramel, twisting to coat the outer edge, then immediately dip into the sugar to set the garnish.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with solid ice cubes.
  5. Add vodka, butterscotch schnapps, sour apple liqueur, apple cider, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  6. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled and aerated.
  7. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass and garnish with fresh apple slices fanned on a cocktail pick.
