Ingredients:
- 2 cups (280g) frozen black raspberries
- 3 scoops (450ml) vanilla bean ice cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
- 1 tbsp (15g) fresh black raspberries
- 1 tsp (5g) dark chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- Gather all components.
- Combine the frozen black raspberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in the blender.
- Start the blender on a low setting to break up the berries, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is velvety and uniform.
- Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure no unblended fruit remains.
- Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top immediately with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate shavings.
