Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (280g) frozen black raspberries
  • 3 scoops (450ml) vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp (15g) fresh black raspberries
  • 1 tsp (5g) dark chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. Gather all components.
  2. Combine the frozen black raspberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in the blender.
  3. Start the blender on a low setting to break up the berries, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is velvety and uniform.
  4. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure no unblended fruit remains.
  5. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top immediately with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate shavings.
