Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add the minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to your jar or bowl. Let these sit for 2 minutes to allow the salt to draw moisture from the garlic.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. Whisk vigorously or shake until the maple syrup is fully dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
  3. Slowly pour in the extra-virgin olive oil. If using a jar, seal the lid tightly and shake for 30 seconds. If using a whisk, pour the oil in a slow, steady stream while whisking constantly until the dressing transforms into a thick, opaque, and velvety emulsion.
