Instructions:
- Add the minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to your jar or bowl. Let these sit for 2 minutes to allow the salt to draw moisture from the garlic.
- Stir in the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. Whisk vigorously or shake until the maple syrup is fully dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
- Slowly pour in the extra-virgin olive oil. If using a jar, seal the lid tightly and shake for 30 seconds. If using a whisk, pour the oil in a slow, steady stream while whisking constantly until the dressing transforms into a thick, opaque, and velvety emulsion.
