Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
- 1/2 cup (140g) full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
- 1.5 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch turmeric
Instructions:
- Pour your milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first to prevent the blades from getting stuck and ensure faster emulsification.
- Add the frozen mango chunks on top of the liquid base, followed by the lime juice and optional sweetener.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Use a tamper or spatula to scrape down sides if necessary.
- Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and has a soft-serve consistency. Pour into chilled glasses immediately.
