Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup (140g) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Pour your milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first to prevent the blades from getting stuck and ensure faster emulsification.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks on top of the liquid base, followed by the lime juice and optional sweetener.
  3. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Use a tamper or spatula to scrape down sides if necessary.
  4. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and has a soft-serve consistency. Pour into chilled glasses immediately.
